Donna Hair Design is excited to welcome you back. Following New York State regulations for operating beauty salons during the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be reopening on June 9th and will begin reaching out to all of our clients to make appointments. Your safety is our priority.  We’ve sanitized all areas of the shop from top to bottom.  We’ll continue to thoroughly sanitize all stations and equipment before, during, and after each appointment. We’ve staggered our appointments and reorganized our stations to minimize contact between each client and allow for 6 feet of social distancing.

Here’s what you need to know:

To prepare for your appointment, please take a moment to review our new procedures.

  1. Come alone.

  2. Wear a mask (face covering).

  3. Bring only essential items with you. 

    1. No large handbags, food, beverages, outerwear, etc. Leave non-essential items in your car.

  4.  Please call us when you arrive for your appointment.

    1. Wait in your car. 

    2. When your hairdresser is ready, you will receive a call or text from us asking you to enter Donna’s.

    3. Wear a mask at all times.   

When you enter Donna's your appointment:

  1. You will be greeted by your hairdresser.

  2. We will ask you to use hand sanitizer when you enter the salon.

  3. We will take your temperature using a touchless thermometer along with COVID-19 screening questions listed here:

    1. Have you had COVID-19 symptoms in past 14 days?

    2. Have you had positive COVID-19 test in past 14 days? and/or 

    3. Have you had  close contact with confirmed or suspected COVID-19 case in past 14 days?

  4. We will provide you with a disposable robe.

  5. Payment:

    1. Contactless credit-card payment preferred

    2. Personal Checks accepted
    3. Cash (Please note: We can not make change.)
